General and Program Fit
What does EO Staff do?
EO Staff helps organizations solve two workforce problems.
Hiring Intelligence provides a more consistent first-round evaluation for applicants across recurring domestic roles.
Remote Professionals give clearly defined customer, administrative, recruiting, and back-office work a capable owner through Placement or Managed Remote Workforce.
What is the difference between Hiring Intelligence and Remote Professionals?
Hiring Intelligence evaluates applicants your organization may hire into domestic roles. EO Staff organizes candidate evidence, while your team controls advancement, live interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
Remote Professionals add capacity around work that can be performed remotely. EO Staff recruits and evaluates the candidates, and the level of continuing support depends on whether you choose Placement or Managed Remote Workforce.
Can we use both capabilities?
Yes. An organization may use Hiring Intelligence, Remote Professionals, or both.
For example, Hiring Intelligence can support recurring local hiring while Remote Professionals take ownership of defined customer-support, administrative, recruiting, or back-office responsibilities.
Who does EO Staff work with?
EO Staff primarily works with franchise systems, enterprise organizations, multi-location employers, and other organizations with recurring hiring needs or clearly defined work that needs additional capacity.
Hiring Intelligence is generally not designed for occasional, one-time hiring with limited applicant volume.
Where can I review pricing?
Current starting investments are published on the Pricing page.
Final pricing depends on the selected program, role, responsibilities, volume, organizational requirements, and level of support involved.
Hiring Intelligence
Where do the applicants come from?
Applicants continue to come from your existing sources, including job boards, career pages, referrals, recruiting campaigns, agencies, walk-ins, and other established channels.
EO Staff evaluates the applicant flow your organization already generates. Hiring Intelligence does not replace applicant sourcing.
What roles can Hiring Intelligence evaluate?
Hiring Intelligence is designed for recurring roles with responsibilities and evaluation criteria that can be defined clearly.
Common examples include:
- Field and service technicians
- Customer-service representatives
- Sales representatives
- Dispatchers and schedulers
- Administrative employees
- Crew and service employees
- Contact-center roles
- Entry-level managers
EO Staff works with your organization to establish the role-specific criteria before evaluation begins.
What happens if an applicant does not complete the evaluation?
Only completed responses can be evaluated fully.
Completion behavior gives your team additional information about participation, but non-completion does not automatically determine whether an applicant can be reviewed or advanced.
Your organization retains the ability to consider any applicant.
Does AI make the hiring decision?
No.
Candidate responses are evaluated against role-specific criteria established with your organization. The underlying responses, recordings, transcripts, and evaluation details remain available for review.
Your recruiters, operators, and hiring managers control every advancement, live interview, offer, and employment decision.
Do we need to replace our applicant-tracking system?
No. Hiring Intelligence is designed to work with the applicant flow and recruiting structure your organization already uses.
The appropriate workflow is established based on your systems, hiring process, roles, and organizational requirements. Any technical integration is evaluated after the required access and scope have been reviewed.
Can we begin with one role or part of the organization?
Yes. An organization can begin with a clearly defined role, team, region, business unit, or group of participating locations.
The appropriate starting scope is determined after EO Staff understands the immediate hiring problem and the broader organizational requirements.
What does our team receive?
Depending on the engagement, your team can receive:
- Prioritized candidates
- Written responses
- Recorded interview responses
- Transcripts
- Role-specific evaluation details
- Demonstrated strengths
- Potential concerns
- Recommended follow-up questions
- Documented next-step recommendations
Hiring Intelligence is designed to give human reviewers better evidence before the live interview.
Remote Professionals
What is the difference between Placement and Managed Remote Workforce?
Placement is a one-time recruiting engagement.
EO Staff defines the role, conducts the search, evaluates candidates, presents finalists, and supports selection and transition. Your organization then handles employment or payroll, onboarding, daily management, performance oversight, and the ongoing working relationship.
Managed Remote Workforce includes continuing employment administration, onboarding structure, reporting, accountability, workforce support, and replacement protection.
Your organization directs the work under both models.
What is the difference between Fractional and Dedicated Managed support?
A Fractional Managed Remote Professional owns a contained set of recurring responsibilities that does not require dedicated capacity.
A Dedicated Managed Remote Professional provides broader role ownership, with working capacity dedicated to your organization during the agreed schedule.
EO Staff determines the appropriate structure during intake based on the responsibilities, workload, coverage, systems, complexity, and experience required.
Where are Remote Professionals located?
EO Staff primarily recruits international Remote Professionals from the Philippines and Latin America.
The appropriate talent market depends on the role, required schedule, communication needs, experience, and working requirements.
Who employs and pays the Remote Professional?
The answer depends on the engagement model.
With Placement, your organization engages and pays the selected Remote Professional through its chosen payroll or employment provider.
With Managed Remote Workforce, EO Staff facilitates the employment and payment administration included in the service. Remote Professional compensation, payroll administration, and applicable standard benefits are included within the agreed Managed scope.
Does EO Staff direct the Remote Professional's daily work?
No.
Your organization assigns work, establishes priorities, provides business-specific training, controls systems access, gives feedback, and approves decisions.
Managed Remote Workforce provides additional onboarding, reporting, accountability, performance, and workforce support. It does not replace an internal manager.
What does our organization need to provide?
Under either model, a Remote Professional needs:
- A clearly identified internal manager
- Business-specific training
- Access to approved systems and information
- Clear responsibilities and priorities
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Appropriate decision authority
- Consistent communication
The exact division of responsibility depends on whether the organization chooses Placement or Managed Remote Workforce.
What kinds of responsibilities can a Remote Professional own?
Remote Professionals are best suited for clearly defined, process-driven work such as:
- Customer communication
- Lead response and follow-up
- Scheduling and confirmations
- CRM administration
- Estimate and proposal follow-up
- Documentation and routine reporting
- Recruiting coordination
- Invoice and payment follow-up
- Administrative and back-office support
Roles requiring regular physical presence, licensed professional judgment, or undefined strategic authority may not be appropriate.
Can a Remote Professional make decisions?
A Remote Professional can make routine decisions within the authority and processes established for the role.
Business strategy, material commitments, final approvals, and decisions outside the documented role remain with your organization.
What happens if the Remote Professional leaves or needs to be replaced?
Placement includes initial replacement protection. If the selected person leaves or is determined not to be the right fit during the covered period, EO Staff will conduct a replacement search according to the placement agreement.
Managed Remote Workforce includes replacement protection while the service remains active, subject to the Managed agreement.
Replacement protection covers the applicable search. It does not guarantee that a role will never experience a temporary vacancy.
Can we add more than one Remote Professional?
Yes.
EO Staff can help determine whether the work should be assigned to one role or divided across multiple Remote Professionals.
For franchise systems and multi-location organizations, EO Staff can also help establish approved roles and consistent participation requirements.
Franchise Participation
Can individual franchise locations participate?
Yes, through a program coordinated with home office.
EO Staff can work with the franchisor to define approved Remote Professional roles, responsibilities, candidate requirements, onboarding expectations, and reporting standards.
Participating locations provide business-specific training and direct the daily work.
Can franchise locations use one-time Placement?
No. One-time Placement is not available as a location-level franchise service.
Franchise locations participate through Managed Remote Workforce, which provides the employment, onboarding, accountability, and workforce-support structure needed for a more consistent network program.
Start with the workforce problem.
Tell us where applicant volume, repetitive screening, customer follow-up, administration, recruiting coordination, or back-office work is creating the greatest burden.
EO Staff will help determine whether Hiring Intelligence, Remote Professionals, or a combination of both is the right fit.
