Do response standards apply only to leads?
No. They apply across the responsibilities included in your plan, including lead follow-up, reporting requests, and other agreed front-office work. Response time is separate from task completion: recurring reports and other deliverables follow agreed schedules and deadlines. We confirm those KPI expectations with your location before enrollment.
What does enrollment cover?
Your one-time enrollment covers implementation, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and training. We align the service with your location’s systems, workflows, and expectations.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Every plan has a 6-month minimum commitment. This gives the program time to establish consistent processes and accountability.
Can I upgrade as my location grows?
Yes. Move from Priority to Dedicated with no additional enrollment or upgrade fee. An upgrade from Essentials to Priority or Dedicated may carry a $500 upgrade fee. We confirm any fee before you upgrade.
Which responsibilities are included in Essentials and Priority?
Both focus on lead response and follow-up. Priority adds faster response and expanded coverage. Your plan’s response standard applies across all included responsibilities, including reporting where included. We confirm the exact scope before enrollment. Dedicated includes all 14 responsibilities in the TruBlue playbook.
What if a task is urgent on Essentials?
Essentials has a within-24-hours response standard across its included responsibilities. If your location routinely needs same-business-day response, choose Priority. For under-5-minute response and all 14 front-office responsibilities, choose Dedicated.
Is BrunoIQ really included?
Yes. Every plan includes BrunoIQ, our AI hiring and applicant-screening tool, at no additional cost.
Who handles training and daily management?
EO Staff handles recruiting, screening, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management. Training follows TruBlue workflows, including Housecall Pro and Outlook. Your location provides system access, business context, and a point of contact for approvals.
How does rollout work?
We begin with a systems alignment call, then recruiting, screening, onboarding, and training. Responsibilities are introduced progressively. The existing TruBlue roadmap builds toward full playbook competency over 90 days; your launch schedule and service coverage are confirmed during implementation.
