Key Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Efficiently manage and organize email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Admin Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Basic Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms, engage with followers, and monitor social media performance.
  • CRM: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as a Executive Assistant to the CEO/Business Owner/Founder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficient in tools such as Quickbooks, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
