Build the operating capacity your business has outgrown.
EO Staff helps established trade and service businesses add dedicated Remote Professionals for lead follow-up, customer communication, scheduling, CRM administration, recruiting coordination, and recurring back-office work.
Every role is recruited around your business, systems, and responsibilities. Choose Placement when you have the internal infrastructure to employ, onboard, and manage the professional independently. Choose Managed Remote Workforce when you want EO Staff to provide the employment, onboarding, accountability, and continuity infrastructure around the role.
- Recruited around your specific responsibilities
- Evaluated through a structured hiring process
- Dedicated to your organization
- Built for long-term ownership, not temporary task coverage
A dedicated Remote Workforce Program for Bolt Accelerator members.
Important work needs a consistent owner.
As a business grows, critical responsibilities often remain scattered across the owner, managers, technicians, and office team. The work gets completed inconsistently, or it gets pushed aside by whatever feels most urgent that day.
A dedicated Remote Professional can take ownership of recurring work that does not need to be performed locally.
This may be the right next step when:
- Leads and estimates are not followed up consistently
- Customer calls, scheduling, and updates interrupt the local team
- CRM records and operational reports are incomplete
- Recruiting and applicant communication consume management time
- Owners or managers remain trapped in recurring administrative work
The goal is not simply to add another person. It is to give important work a capable and accountable owner.
Build the role around the work your business needs completed.
Lead and Customer Support
- Responding to new inquiries
- Following up on estimates and proposals
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Providing routine customer updates
Operational Administration
- Maintaining CRM and customer records
- Preparing recurring reports
- Organizing documentation
- Supporting invoicing and administrative workflows
Recruiting and Back-Office Coordination
- Communicating with applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating onboarding tasks
- Managing recurring office processes
Remote Professionals are best suited for clearly defined, repeatable responsibilities. They support your operation but do not replace local leadership, licensed professionals, or the business decisions that belong to your management team.
Choose the level of support your organization needs.
Both programs begin with understanding the role, recruiting qualified candidates, and evaluating them through a structured selection process. The difference is what happens after the match is made.

More than recruiting a person.
EO Staff founder Chris Kille has spent more than 25 years building companies and developing teams. After building and exiting four businesses, he founded EO Staff around a practical operating lesson: the right person creates capacity only when the role, expectations, and support structure are clear.
That experience has informed a hiring and workforce approach shaped by more than 1,000 successful hires.
